The Managing Director wanted to make the most of their podcast.
Every week, my job was to:
Listen/watch the latest episode and pull inspiration from one of the topics discussed.
Turn it into a standalone article that the audience could read in under 10 minutes.
Ensure internal and external links were included, meta descriptions, and SEO-optimised.
Publish and promote the article across their website and socials.
After the first two weeks, there was no approval process required—I was trusted to write, publish and promote the article without the need of back and forth communication with the MD.
