After years in agency life building websites, editing content, designing visuals, and developing strategies, I felt something was missing: real impact.
I was making small ripples for big companies, but I wanted to do work that made a meaningful difference to the people running their own small business—the consultants, shop owners, two-person service teams, and charities.
That lightbulb moment came when a family member needed a website.
The quotes they received were far beyond what made sense for their small business, but doing it themselves also felt impossible.
It was as if there were only two options:
