1. Services Provided

Cada Creative provides freelance marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Website design and management

• Branding and visual identity

• SEO and content strategy

• Copywriting and social media marketing

Details of any service agreement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

• Projects are quoted in advance and agreed in writing.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Late payments may incur fees or delay delivery.

• All prices are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

3. Revisions & Scope

• Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal.

• Additional changes or out-of-scope work may be charged at the hourly or day rate listed in the pricing guide.

4. Intellectual Property

• Copyright of original work is transferred to the client once final payment is received.

• Cada Creative retains the right to display completed work in a portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel a project before it begins, but any deposit paid is non-refundable.

• If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for the work completed to date.

6. Website Use

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute website content without permission

• Use this website for any illegal or harmful activity

7. Limitation of Liability

While I aim to provide a high standard of work, Cada Creative is not liable for:

• Any losses or damages arising from your use of the website or services

• Any third-party service failures (e.g. website hosting platforms)
